Andrew Serack is a photographer and filmmaker based in Whitehorse, Yukon. Guided by a passion for a sustainable future, he collaborates with individuals, non-profits, organizations, and changemakers to capture moments of human connection – visual stories that foster empathy, bring people together, and encourage care for our communities and the natural world.
He considers his most rewarding work a privilege to undertake alongside Yukon First Nations, approaching each project with respect and care, and recognizing the importance of storytelling in supporting the preservation and strengthening of culture. Andrew is of settler origin – he lives on the Traditional Territory of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council. He loves writing biographies about himself in the third person.
